The book Fourth Grade Rats is about when you move up one grade you get a new nickname. When you are a rat you become a man if you are a boy if you are a girl you become a woman. The nicknames are first grade babies,second grade cats,third grade angels,fourth grade rats,and fifth grade monkeys. Being a rat means getting rid of your fears but Morton can not get rid of his fears.Morton wants to keep his teddy bear.
The book Fourth Grade Rats is about a boy becoming a rat/fourth grader and his friend thinks becoming a fourth grader means becoming a man but it does not.and one day the boy was at school and his friend says a fourth grader is not scared of anything,or does not have a launch box, and does not eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.Then one day his friend was sick and he learned how to not be afraid of anything and to eat meant and have a bag for a launch box then the next day his friend was not the man he was normal and the boy was saying he got over his fears and was a popular kid then he helps a girl one day to get her cat out of the tree and he was scared of heights for a minute he was fine then he looked down next thing you know he is yelling mom and his friend and him learn that fourth grade does not mean becoming a man
I read all of my three books and I read this one so this book is where you go up one grade and you become more responsible in the book all of the kids in 4 grade are going to recess and they are all playing fun games, the next thing is lots of people want to rid of there on fear but some people can not get rid of there fear,the last thing is they all had nick names and it wasn't nice but they still had there nick names,those are my three things.
This book is about when a boy named Suds goes in fourth grade and he was at reases third graders called him a rat and he went to talk to Joey about it but he said that he always wanted to be a rat. And Suds wants to be a third grader agin because third graders are angels. One day Suds went to Joey's house and Joey made his room a mess. And one day at recess Joey had a bee on his arm a a boy hit his arm and the bee did a U turn and stunted him on his arm. And Joey told Suds that to turn in to a man is to say no to his mom so he did and when he went to recess Suds and the girl he liked were finding a spider to put on Suds hand.
this book is about a child in fourth grade named suds. Joey is another fourth grader that wants to be a rat and he tries to convince suds to be a rat. here are 3 things that joey does to be a rat (also suds at the end)first they trash there rooms. second they push kids off swings. third they dont cry (because they think there rats but there not).the last thing is that suds likes Judy blings but he ignors him untill joey tells her that he was strong and nice those are three things that i remember from the book but there are more!
